C. Delivery
Although we aim to despatch in stock items on the next working day, please allow 28 days for delivery. This is in accordance with the mail order regulations. We normally despatch goods using Royal Mail First Class but should you wish guaranteed next day we can arrange this and it will be charged at cost please notify us at time of ordering.
Orders are subject to stock availability and for low cost products (items under £5) a close alternative will be sent. If you do not wish an alternative to be sent then please use the comments box to notify us at the time of order. Please note that our minimum order value still apply D. Returns
If you wish to return your goods, for whatever reason, please let us know by contacting Karen on 01444 248475. Please note that CD-ROMs are non-returnable.
Please note in accordance with the 'Distance Selling Regulations' CD-ROMs are non-returnable unless faulty.
Unwanted goods should be returned as new, ready for resale, within 7 days of receipt (starting the day after you received them) but you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods to us. Refunds will be given either by cheque, a credit against a further purchase. Due to the cost of postage any postage costs incurred by us on the original order wil be deducted from refunds. You may be offered a refund by way of a credit towards a further purchase, or via one of our Gift Vouchers, at our discretion and especially when refund amounts are less than £5.
Goods which are damaged, faulty or not as described should be returned within 28 days.
When returning any goods, having notified and discussed with us first, you should obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as this will be required in the event of our not receiving the goods back.
Please note when ordering card or paper the colour you see on your screen may vary.
If we do not receive the goods back and there is no proof of posting, a credit will be given at our discretion.
